In this in-person workshop, we will dive deep into the power of breathwork to enhance intimacy in relationships. Whether you're in a romantic partnership, friendship, or family relationship, this workshop is open to all. Come ready to breathe, connect, and grow together. No prior experience with breathwork is necessary. We can't wait to spend this time together with you!

This workship is co-led by Breathwork facilitators, Jen Shumaker and Ginny Gill. Welcoming in partners (friends, parent/child, partners/spouses, lovers, ANY partnership constellation) to this unique offering designed to explore and celebrate how you show up for each other. An exploration of and tending to relationship and intimacy. The evening will be candle-lit, cozy, a space to drop-in together. Breathwork journey + other mindful points of connection with tea + light refreshments provided.
